Singer Island, Florida
A private place
on the Atlantic.
A privately owned oceanfront residence, shared with guests for only four considered stays each year.
Request a stayA family place
Not a hotel. Not a rental complex. Just a place we love.
Our family comes here for the quiet rhythm of the ocean: coffee on the balcony, long walks at the waterline, and evenings when the horizon changes by the minute.
On a small number of occasions each year, we make the residence available to thoughtful guests seeking the same sense of ease. Every stay begins with a personal conversation.
The view
Never the same ocean twice.
Morning calm, summer weather, late light. The Atlantic sets the pace of every day here.

A deliberately limited invitation
Four stays.
One year.
We open our home only four times each year. Month-long stays are the natural fit, allowing guests to settle into the island rather than simply pass through.
A thoughtful 10–14 day request may also be considered when the timing and overall arrangement make sense. Tell us what brings you here—we review every request personally.

Life on the ocean
The beach is the backyard.

Turtle nesting season
Our other summer guests.
Singer Island’s shoreline is a nesting place for sea turtles. Marked nests become part of the summer landscape—a quiet reminder that this stretch of coast belongs to more than us.
Singer Island
An island between two waters.
The Atlantic lies to the east, the Intracoastal to the west. Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, and PBI Airport are all within easy reach, while the island keeps its own slower rhythm.

From shore to home
Step off the sand. Come upstairs.
Phoenix Towers sits directly along the oceanfront—the building and beach are not two separate destinations, but one continuous part of the day.

Below the residence
A pool, for the hot hours.
When the Atlantic is too brisk or the afternoon too still, the building’s pool deck is a short lift away—loungers, shade, and very little ceremony. Most days it stays quiet, and most days we are still on the sand.
